Field Management Stations (FMS) - Part 1: Object Definitions for Signal System Masters

This document will define the objects necessary to manage a field master. A field management station would be used to implement a polling scheme where by the field management station could be programmed by a central controller (or other management stations) to poll its agents. These agents could be Actuated Signal Controllers, Ramp Meters, Dynamic Message Signs, or other NTCIP conformant equipment.

NTCIP 1211
Object Definitions for Signal Control and Prioritization (SCP)

Defines the management information base for Signal Control and Prioritization (SCP) Systems. It defines individual parameters that represent the configuration, status, and control information that is unique to an SCP and also defines specific groupings of these parameters and others to address the operational configuration, monitoring, and control of the device/entity in a baseline system configuration.

NTCIP 1213
Object Definitions for Electrical and Lighting Management Systems (ELMS)

The standard specifies objects for the features, functionality, and point of interoperability for ELMS equipment. ELMS equipment is a telemetry-based remote monitoring and control system for highway lighting. ELMS is an effective tool for lowering costs, improving maintenance management, reducing liability, implementing lighting curfews, and increasing safety. This standardization effort creates a common set of features and functionality, and defines the point of interoperability.

NTCIP 1218 Object Definitions for Roadside Unit Standard (RSU)

NTCIP 1218 standardizes the protocols and data definitions to configure, control, monitor and transfer data between the RSU and the management station, to configure the RSU radio, configure the RSU to work with a local traffic controller, to monitor and log RSU operational data, and to manage and operate the interface with the security credential managment system.
